  • • Files were corrupted or damaged (we'll replace or refund)

  • • Files have already been downloaded
  • • Change of mind after purchase
  • • Print quality issues (we don't control third-party printers)
  • • Color variations due to monitor/printer differences
  • • Not reading product descriptions before purchase
