By accessing and using Custom Canvas Collective, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Digital Downloads

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. Upon successful payment:

  • You will receive instant access to download your purchased files
  • Download links are valid for 30 days
  • Each purchase allows up to 5 downloads per file
  • Files are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified

3. License and Usage Rights

Personal License (Standard):

  • Print for personal use in your home or office
  • Gift prints to friends and family
  • Use in personal, non-commercial projects

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files
  • Use for commercial purposes without a commercial license
  • Claim the artwork as your own creation
  • Use in products for resale (mugs, prints, merchandise, etc.)

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once files have been downloaded. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience technical issues or believe you received the wrong files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork on this website is original creative work. Each piece undergoes significant manual editing, color grading, composition adjustments, and artistic refinement by our creative team. This human creative input, combined with our unique selection and curation process, constitutes protected intellectual property.

All artwork, images, designs, and content on Custom Canvas Collective are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The digital files you purchase grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork as specified in these terms. This license does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property, which remains with Custom Canvas Collective.

⚠️ Copyright Notice: Violation of these terms, including unauthorized resale or redistribution, constitutes breach of contract and may result in legal action seeking damages and recovery of legal costs.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may vary and are subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Custom Canvas Collective provides digital files "as is" and makes no warranties regarding print quality, as this depends on your chosen print service and materials. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party printing services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
